Terms of use and booking

1. A booking is valid once confirmed by e-mail or phone.
2. Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. The organiser may change or cancel a slot due to weather or river levels; in that case we offer a new date or a refund.
4. Participants must follow the guides' instructions and safety rules.
5. For accommodation offered by partners (property owners), the terms of stay and house rules are set by the owner.
